Packard think? They'd be horrified at how their customers are treated today. No more laptops, printers, scanners, desktops, etc. And this is to the point that I will never purchase another piece of HP equipment again. HP can't assign a software engineer to update their software - so we end up having to throw good scanners in the ground? This makes no sense whatsoever. All of us who have this perfectly good - excellent - equipment can no longer use it because HP doesn't care about their customers. How sad that HP does not care about the environment. I've reached out - I've written, requested, cried. I keep hoping they will update their drivers and I check in periodically. I even grabbed my old laptop running on Windows 10 and nothing would download. Now when I try to download, nothing happens. I followed their directions and unfortunately removed the pre-existing driver. I did this last year and I have spent countless hours trying to find a driver for this wonderful piece of equipment.
